Allison is a Registered Behavioral Technician for Behavior Builders. She discovered her passion through majoring in Child Psychology and nannying for a family. While she is still earning her Bachelor’s degree, she had an internship with UF Health Neurodevelopment Pediatrics and decided she wanted to become an advocate for helping children. Allison is having the best time working with Behavior Builders and loves seeing the difference each employee makes. She plans to further her career and get a Master’s degree in hopes of becoming a BCBA one day.
