Becca joined Behavior Builders in 2015 as the Office and Billing Assistant. Prior to working at Behavior Builders, she worked at various agencies in several positions including receptionist, billing and scheduling coordinator, job coach, respite care provider, and camp counselor. All of these positions enabled her to work with children and young adults with disabilities. Out of all of her experiences, Becca enjoyed the billing aspect most of all and she considers it extremely fulfilling and a necessary part of ABA therapy. Becca is also the mother of two young boys and enjoys spending time with her family in her time off.
