Bill has been a BCBA since 2001 and has been using ABA and working with people with Autism, developmental disabilities, and/or problem behaviors for over 21 years. Bill earned his Bachelor’s degree from Clark University in Massachusetts and his Master’s degree from the University of the Pacific in Calfornia.

In his role as Clinical Director, Bill is responsible for ensuring that Behavior Builders provides the highest level of integrity for our services, including assessments, treatment plans, staff-individual interactions, clinical programming, and parent training. Bill’s areas of interest are the assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior (e.g., aggression, property destruction, elopement, self-injury, etc.) and early, intensive language interventions.
Prior to joining Behavior Builders, Bill was Vice President of Behavioral Services for a large ABA organization in the Jacksonville area, working at this location for 13 years. In this role, Bill was responsible for all aspects of behavioral services for 70 individuals and 130 staff. He created and supervised the consultation team of home-based and school consultation for children with Autism, other developmental disabilities, and / or problem behaviors; the residential ABA program for children and adults with severe problem behaviors was rated #1 in the state of Florida under Bill’s tenure.
Previously, Bill was an educational and/or behavioral consultant to families and schools in four states: California, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Florida. Bill has published ten articles in ABA peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, Education and Treatment of Children and Behavioral Interventions. He has presented over 30 posters, papers, symposia and workshops at various professional conferences. He has conducted numerous staff trainings and workshops for parents, professional organizations, schools and local support groups.
