Bridget is a Behavior Analyst for Behavior Builders and has been a BCBA since 2007. Bridget received her graduate degree from Auburn University where she worked in a variety of settings including preschool early intervention services, consultation with area schools, and parent training classes for the Alabama Department of Human Resources.
Previously, Bridget worked at a large ABA organization in the Jacksonville area as the Assistant Director of Home-Based Services and Consulting. In this role, Bridget worked in homes, schools, and adult day programs providing skill acquisition and behavior reduction services to children, adolescents, and adults with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Prior to this role, she worked as a Behavior Analyst in a residential program specializing in ABA services for severe problem behaviors (e.g., aggression, property destruction, elopement, self-injury etc.). Bridget was in charge of behavioral programming and staff training for two group homes.
Bridget has presented at state and national professional conferences on topics such as Autism and assessment of severe behavior problems. Her research on problem behaviors won two awards at the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis (FABA) conference.
