LeiLani is a Registered Behavior Technician with Behavior Builders and serves as the Lead Technician for the company. In this role, she assists Behavior Analysts with materials preparation and program development and serves as an intermediary between the analysts and other technicians.
LeiLani developed her passion for working with children in the early 1990’s by volunteering with children with developmental disabilities. It has been her pleasure to teach children of all ages for the past twenty years. Prior to working at Behavior Builders, she served as a paraprofessional and substitute teacher in the private school setting. This employment afforded her the opportunity to teach and tutor children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. LeiLani’s passion is to help children use their curiosity and endless supply of energy to accomplish academic and physical goals. In LeiLani’s time off, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and motivating friends to walk for health and fitness.
