Nicole is the Operations Manager for Behavior Builders. Nicole obtained a Master’s Degree in Leadership from Shorter College and a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice from Missouri Western University. Prior to Behavior Builders, Nicole worked in various roles throughout the Pediatric Healthcare System. She has over ten years of experience in streamlining operations in a healthcare setting. Her experience also includes program coordination, case management, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, billing and managing clinic operations. She has a strong passion for process improvement and customer satisfaction. Nicole was drawn to Behavior Builders so that she can have an impact on all the non clinical aspects of the clients journey. Advocating for families on the insurance and billing side, providing the best customer care experience possible excites her!
You can catch Nicole on the football field cheering her son on or at the beach playing with him. She loves cheering for her Georgia Bulldawgs and the KC Chiefs.
