Samantha has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2018 and was a BCaBA for 4 years prior to obtaining her BCBA certification.  She has been working in the field since 2011.  Prior to joining Behavior Builders, Samantha was the Director at a center for children with Autism in Central Florida.  This is where she conducted assessments and implemented programs on acquisition skills, daily living skills, social skills, and problem behaviors.  She also managed, trained, and supervised a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Samantha has experience providing ABA services working in home, community, clinical, and school settings.  She also has experience with parent training, where she analyses any reported problem behaviors and will model behavior-analytic procedures for the parents.  Over the years, she has worked with children between the ages of 2 years old to young adults.  Her current interests are teaching daily living skills such as toilet training, eating, hair cutting, as well as, verbal behavior and language acquisition (through vocal speech, sign, PECS, and devices).

Samantha has obtained two Master’s degrees.  A Master’s in Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analyst from Arizona State University (graduated in 2018) and a Master’s Degree in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University (graduated in 2011).  Samantha is passionate about her work and strives to make a difference in the lives of others.
